Whatever I think or don’t think about myself,
or, better said, whatever thinking thinks I think about myself,
whatever I do/did/will do or not do/did/will do
over whatever seems to need something to be done
never affects or effects me
never even touches or get close to the I amness that I am
In fact, in spite of all supposed ways.
Free from thinking thoughts and things
It seemed that this contemplation lead to the “silence of the mind”, as it is so much said nowadays, but no… it was the realization of what I am that lead to this kind of contemplative meditation… “the mind” kept going on with its movement, but I was embracing it in my conscious awareness of its movement… without trying to stop it… to muzzle it… to distract it… to give it something to ruminate… to chew… to use it properly… with right thinking, right thoughts… positive thinking… divine thinking… no!!!
It can’t be manipulated, deviated, ridden.
Thinking is thinking. It can’t be stopped, it can’t be corrected or used as a mean to get to some desired where… it has to be “seen” for what it is…
What I am is the sufficiency that includes all apparent thought needs.
Well, and that’s it for now. Hope it’s not too much… good night (laughs)
